Great Shindo War Strategy — Wave-by-Wave Mode Rotation
Wave-by-wave Great Shindo War strategy after Update 250: Lava/Headless opener, Worm Sage Mode boss phase, Chi and mode cooldowns, and 8–15 Spin / 1–1.5M RELLcoin reward math.
Great Shindo War — Wave Phases
Great Shindo War splits into three phases: an opening trash wave (waves 1–3), a mini-boss (wave 4), and a final boss phase with two elite waves. Update 250 didn’t touch the structure, but the new free-fall and Tree Jump polish make map positioning much easier. Watch the embedded strategy showcase, then follow the rotation below.
Each phase rewards a different loadout — treat GSW like three fights stacked into one, not one long fight.
Phase 1 — Opening Waves (1–3)
AoE priority, save Chi
Lead with Lava or Headless. Spam your first Bloodline move on grouped spawns, use Element AoE on cooldown (Prism Style or Pyromania preferred), and avoid burning mode Chi here. You want to enter wave 4 with a full Chi bar so your mode can burn through the mini-boss.
Phase 2 — Mini-Boss (Wave 4)
Activate Worm Sage Mode (or Baryon Mode / Forged Rengoku if you don’t have it). Stay mobile — the mini-boss telegraphs a 360° AoE on every third hit. Use the new free-fall exits to disengage, then wall walk back into range. Aim to land the boss before wave 5 spawns so the elite waves start solo.
Phase 3 — Elite Waves (5–6) and Final Boss
By wave 5 your mode is likely fading. Cycle Element AoE and Bloodline combo finishers; don’t try to re-enter mode mid-wave unless you have Chi to spare. The final boss is a burn test — sustained DPS wins over burst. Bring a stack of healing Sub-Abilities (Vanhelsing, Demon Scythe) if the squad is light on healers.
Reward Math — 8–15 Spins + RELLcoins
Standard clears pay 8–15 Spins and 0.8–1.5M RELLcoins. Hard mode doubles it. Stack Game Day Bonus windows: Mon–Tue for RELLcoins, Wed–Thu for boss drops, Fri–Sun for 2× XP. Join the RELL Games Roblox group before queuing to add another 1.5–2× RELLcoin multiplier.
Squad vs Solo
Solo GSW is doable with Lava + Worm Sage and a Shado/Apollo Sand cooldown swap from the solo boss guide. Squad runs are faster on the elite waves but split rewards. Run solo when you need every Spin; run squad when you need the Ryo.
Storage Reminder
GSW Spins count against your cap. Bank codes first, then run GSW to convert Ryo into Spins you can roll into the jiu-jitsu Bloodline once it lands. See the Spin Storage Strategy for the math.
